COVID-19 – FireMate is here to support you
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, your needs, as well as the needs of our employees, are our highest priority. We appreciate that it is a stressful and uncertain time. We want to assure you that we are here to support you through these times and that FireMate will remain in full operation.
All of our teams are completely enabled and tested for remote working as needed. Support, training, data migration, development and other critical business functions will operate as normal even in the unfortunate event we are required to self-isolate. We will also continue to support new clients to FireMate ensuring that your onboarding implementation proceeds as efficiently as possible.
We have a business continuity plan in place to ensure no disruption in service and have taken precautionary steps in response to this emerging situation.
We do not wish to sound alarmist, but as we all have seen the COVID-19 situation is highly dynamic and we wanted to let you know that we are prepared and ready to support you however we can.
