Brennan, the providers of FireMate are an indpendent Information Technology company. As such unlike some other 'products' that are a sideline for asset management or maintenance organisations FireMate is designed and managed specifically to meet the needs of the market.
All FireMate clients participate in continuous improvement of the system by feeding through improvement ideas that we log and prioritise for inclusion in the system. In addition, we proactively seek suggestions, and scan the market as we plan each product release.
Many of our clients sit on standards comittees giving us a direct line into the direction of construction and inspection standards as these form.
Brennan is not a reseller, we own the intellectual property of FireMate entirely. This means that we are able to adapt the system readily to ensure it is not only current, but ahead of the curve as industry needs change and technology advances.
