FireMate Workflows

The information you enter into FireMate is entered once and used multiple times throughout the system.

This ensures consistency but also maximum efficiency. Automated workflows are used to manage standard business processes. For example, you may find and enter information regarding a defect. At the click of a button, this becomes a quote item. Once approved, another click will turn the approved quote item into a service request and once completed this results in an invoice line item all without the need to copy or re-enter the information.

 

There are 4 major pathways through the FireMate system. These cater for creation, scheduling and management of recurring work, ad-hoc on site work, quoted repairs and non-maintenance related minor works.

Of course, the powerful search and reporting functions mean that as well as being automatically managed, all of this information can be easily retrieved, providing you with an up to date view of your business to support critical decision making and rapid response customer service.
