FireMate Mobile provides 2-way information exchange that enables your field force to utilise up to the minute information when doing their maintenance, inspection and repair work, and to send results back to the office at the push of a button.
The system is simple to use and has been developed to work on a wide range of smart phones allowing you to choose from economical consumer grade phones all the way through to intrinsically safe rugged devices depending upon your specific needs.

Carrying a fully functioning smart phone provides a lot of power to the end user through a single device that makes his or her job easier.
- Safety is improved and risk reduced by providing dynamic and site specific notifications to the field workers.
- Checklists can be modified on the spot, with no need to change forms, log books or reports. When you issue an inspection job, the latest and specific checklist gets compiled based upon asset type, inspection type and even specific to an individual customer or property. Reporting follows suit with the actual tests performed and results maintained centrally for each individual asset.
- Up to the minute asset information is sent with inspection and test jobs, meaning open defects are not duplicated and unchanged result values are carried forward without re-entering the information
- Help is available in context of the job being done. If a more detailed description of the inspection process is required, it's available on the smart phone at the click of a button
- Job timers track time spent on-site and feed into the invoicing process without requiring seperate time cards to be completed.
- Picklists allow parts or equipment to be recorded against a job simply by selecting from a drop down list, so that stock control can take place and accurate invoicing for equipment can occur.
- A single device can be used as phone, schedule manager, asset register, checklist, contact list, results log, time recording and stock control system and (depending on the device) add barcode reader, GPS system and camera to the list

No network connection? No Worries!
FireMate Mobile has been designed to operate offline as well as online, so if there is no network signal, this doesnt affect the technicians ability to access all of the information needed for his work and to capture the results of inspection and maintenance. Later when in range of a network, the captured inspection results can be uploaded and new work assigned.
